Hopefully this cute home will be Tim and Kristen's before the end of the year...only have to pass the home inspection...best part it's only 6 blocks from my own house!!!
Now my son is freaking out because they have to sublet their apartment...it'll all work out!

Cute house and what makes it even better is that it is so close to you. I wish my kids would build houses in my back yard!!!!
